History of the Church

Our History

In 1972, when a few families began meeting in a living room and praying for God’s direction for their lives this church began.

Soon the land we currently own came up for sale.  It was purchased and our journey began.

The church’s original name was Faith Chapel and in March of 1998 the Board of Elders decided it was time for a change….Welcome to New Beginnings Christian Center!

Over time as different Pastors came to serve each left an indelible mark that would forever be a part of who we are.

In 2002, Pastors Scott and Dawn Smith  would come and bring a fresh, new look to how church was done.

Not focused  on a single person, but a body of believers lifting up only one, Jesus.

We believe that we are all part of one body, each one having their own place in reaching our world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 

We are a family at NBCC. We pray together, play together and grow together in the love of Christ.
